It’s been far too long since I went to the candle shop for broken candles, so the back of my car was full of them when I went there last week.
I’ve been able to make some designs you never see, like the orange-over-purple ones pictured here. I’ve been able to correct colors, too: brown, not sickly-green-on-top; pink, not feverish fuschia.
These may look familiar to you from my posts on oil lamps. That’s the beauty of using durable label materials on candle glasses — these can be candles or oil lamps, depending on supplies, time, weather and inspiration.
